Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 21 July 2026

InsightEducat is committed to making insighteducat.com usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. This statement explains what we're aiming for, what we've done so far, what we know still needs work, and how to tell us if you hit a barrier.

Compliance status

We're working towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, which is the standard most commonly used to measure how accessible a website is. We're not fully there yet. This site is not currently fully conformant with WCAG 2.1 AA, and this statement will be updated as that changes.

What we're doing

Steps we're currently working through:

  • Reviewing and improving heading structure across all pages, so the site reads logically for screen reader users.

  • Replacing image alt text that currently defaults to the original filename (e.g. “Studio 142.png”) with descriptions of what the image actually shows.

  • Running Wix's built-in Accessibility Wizard to check colour contrast, keyboard navigation, and form labelling across the site.

  • Checking our brand colours against WCAG AA contrast thresholds where they're used for text or important visual information.

  • Testing that all booking and enquiry forms can be completed using a keyboard alone, without a mouse.

Known limitations

At the time of this update, we know the following don't yet meet WCAG 2.1 AA:

  • Some images use their file name as alt text rather than a written description of the image.

  • Content and functionality provided by Wix (site forms, the store used for free resources, and embedded social media links) depends on Wix's own platform accessibility, which is outside our direct control.

  • Some third-party embedded content, where used, may not meet the same standard as the rest of the site.

We're working through these as time allows and will update this statement as fixes are made.

About this statement

insighteducat.com is run by a sole trader and isn't legally required to meet the Public Sector Bodies Accessibility Regulations, which apply to government and public sector websites. We're publishing this statement anyway because inclusion is central to what InsightEducat is trying to do, and because it's good practice regardless of who's required to do it.
