Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 21 July 2026
1. Who we are and acceptance of these Terms
insighteducat.com (the “Site”) is operated by Cassandra Chamberlin, sole trader, trading as InsightEducat (“we”, “us”, “our”). We are in the process of transitioning InsightEducat to a Community Interest Company (CIC). Once that transfer is complete, these Terms will be updated to name the new entity, and your continued use of the Site after that update will mean these updated Terms apply to you.
By using this Site, booking onto a Business Bootcamp, or downloading any of our free resources, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you don't agree with them, please don't use the Site or our services.
2. Eligibility
Our Business Bootcamps are designed for students in Years 11 to 13 (roughly ages 15 to 18). Because most participants are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must complete the booking process and enters into these Terms on the student's behalf for anything relating to that student's participation.
If you're booking as a business, you confirm that you have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of your organisation.
Our free downloadable resources are available to anyone who wishes to use them, without an age restriction, though some content is written with young people specifically in mind.
3. Our Bootcamps and free resources
We provide: (a) Business Bootcamps, which connect students with real local businesses to work on genuine problems; and (b) free downloadable resources (toolkits, guides and worksheets) to help young people explore entrepreneurship.
Places on a Bootcamp, and access to our resources, are offered at our discretion and subject to availability. Booking a place or downloading a resource does not guarantee any particular outcome, business result, grade, qualification, or employment outcome, for a student or a business.
4. Intellectual property
All content on this Site, and all materials we provide as part of a Bootcamp or as a free resource (including our logo, brand name, toolkits, worksheets, frameworks, and written guidance), belong to us or are used by us with permission, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may download and use our free resources for your own personal, educational or business use. You may not sell, license, publish, modify, or redistribute our materials, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission.
5. Photos, testimonials and case studies
As part of running our Bootcamps, we may take photos or video, and collect quotes and feedback, from students, parents/guardians and participating businesses. We may use these, along with details of the outcomes achieved (such as the Winn Hall and Studio 142 case studies on this Site), in our marketing, on this Site, and across our social media channels.
Where a student is under 18, we'll seek specific consent from a parent or guardian before publishing anything that identifies that student, separately from these Terms. Businesses providing feedback or agreeing to be featured as a case study consent to that feedback and their business name being used for this purpose, unless we agree otherwise with them directly.
6. Our right to change what we offer
We may change, suspend, or stop providing any Bootcamp, resource, or feature of this Site at any time, and may set limits on availability (for example, cohort size or booking windows), without prior notice. We'll try to let you know about any change that affects a booking you've already made.
7. Limitation of liability
We provide this Site, our Bootcamps and our free resources on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of this Site, your participation in a Bootcamp, or your use of our free resources, including any indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else which cannot legally be excluded or limited.
8. Not professional advice
Our free resources and the guidance given during Bootcamps are intended to help young people explore entrepreneurship and business thinking. They are not professional legal, financial, tax, or business advice, and shouldn't be relied on as a substitute for that advice.
9. Links to other sites
This Site links to third-party platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Substack. We aren't responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those third-party sites.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes relating to these Terms or your use of this Site will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example as our Bootcamps or the Site change. The date at the top shows when they were last updated. Continuing to use the Site after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
